All of the weekend’s events will take place onsite, and we’ve reserved a block of rooms to make it easy and convenient for our guests. We’d love for this to feel like a true getaway, with many activities onsite and in the surrounding area staying at Cavallo Point means you’ll be right in the heart of it all. These historic rooms are located at the foot of the Golden Gate Bridge, offering beautiful views and a peaceful retreat just minutes from San Francisco. We're excited to spend the weekend with you!

When should I book my hotel?
We recommend booking your hotel room as soon as possible. August is peak tourist season in Sausalito, and hotels are expected to sell out quickly—rates typically increase as the date approaches. Guests are strongly encouraged to stay at Cavallo Point or one of the recommended nearby hotels. Special rates have been arranged for a limited number of rooms, so please book early to ensure availability and preferred pricing.
What will the weather be like?
Weather in Sausalito this time of year is generally mild and comfortable, with typical daytime highs in the low to mid-70s. Evenings cool down to the mid-50s, especially being near the water, so we recommend bringing a wrap or light jacket for the evening.
What should I wear?
The welcome cocktail party on Friday evening is relaxed cocktail attire. Slacks and button down shirts are appropriate for men, but ties and jackets are not necessary. Casual cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, pants or skirt and blouse or similar attire is appropriate for women. A wrap or jacket is suggested for the cool evenings.
